The aim of this project is to promote comfortable and flexible retail with better environmental performance. Most importantly, creative and innovative design that is accessible for all users including disables.

 

This building has three floors, the ground floor and first floor is designed for retailing, storage and washrooms. The second floor is a natural ventilated Nonya kueh restaurent with  Malay traditional floor seating and indoor vegetations.
